Springtime Quiche 2 bags spinach 1 pint grape tomatoes 3 cup milk 16 oz pkg. shredded pepper cheese 3/4 cup fresh dill zest of 1 lemmon 1 1/2 teaspoon salt pepper to taste 2 slices of ezekiel bread ground into breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons of freshly grated parmesan cheese 6 eggs 1. cook spinach till it wilts, then drain, chop coarsely 2.preheat oven to 350 3. chop up tomatoes in pamper chef handy little chopper 4. wisk together milk, eggs, pepper cheese dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. stir in spinach and tomatoes and some garlic powder. 5. butter a baking dish. Add the filling and sprinkle with bread crumb and parm cheese mixture. 6. bake until golden 25-35 min.
