Spinach Cheese Quiche 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed 4 eggs, beaten 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese or good provolone Crumbled bacon 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust, made with Orgran Gluten-Free Pastry Multimix Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 inch pie or quiche pan and add crust. Place spinach in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until soft. Drain off any remaining liquid. Stir in eggs, cheese and bacon. Pour mixture into prepared crust. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until eggs are set.
