Shrimp Spread 2 cups roughly chopped shrimp 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 cup minced parsley 1 Tbsp. minced onion 1 Tbsp. capers less than 1/4 cup parmesan cheese mayonnaise as needed salt and pepper to taste Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to small baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with crackers or small pieces of toast.
