Shrimp Cocktail in Soy Marinade 1 pound thawed, deveined, and peeled raw shrimp 1 inch peeled, grated fresh ginger 2 cloves crushed garlic 2 Tbsp. olive oil soy sauce to taste salt and pepper to taste hot sauce to taste 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley Sautee shrimp with all other ingredients (except parsley). Toss with parsley and chill until you're ready to serve. May also be served warm.
