PUB DIP 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/3 c. dark beer 1 TBSP. Worcestershire sauce 1 clove minced garlic 4 strips bacon, crisp and crumbled (optional) In 1 1/2 quart casserole, stir together cheeses, beer, Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce. Mmicrowave on low until cheese is hot and melted. Stir in bacon. Serve with pretzels, crackers or other crisp dippers. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
