Patriotic Crisps

Toasted baguette slices (buy at Wegman's)
container of Rondelle garlic and herb cheese spread
small jar of sun-dried tomato spread
1/4 cup olive tapenade
10 drops of blue food coloring (optional)

Spread thin layer of sun-dried tomato spread on all crisps. Pipe lines of Rondelle over
spread. Mix food coloring with tapenade if desired. Pipe square of olive tapenade 
in upper left corner of crisps to look like flags.
