NOODLE KUGEL 1 lb. cottage cheese 2 c. milk 3 eggs 3/4 c. sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 pt. sour cream 8 oz. med. egg noodles Cinnamon to garnish Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except noodles. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender, drain. Add to mixture and pour into well-buttered 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake 1 hour or until top is light brown. Cut into squares and serve with sour cream. Serves 8 to 10. (Leftover Kugel is excellent cold.)
