Hot Mexican Spinach Dip INGREDIENTS: 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, diced and softened 1 (2.25 ounce) can chopped black olives, drained salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar Instructions: Heat oven to 400 degrees Mix all ingredients completely and place in oven-safe dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
