CHICKEN SKEWERS 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch strips Italian Dressing 12 short skewers, soaked in wood or bamboo Marinate the chicken in Italian dressing for 2 to 6 hours, or overnight. Skewer chicken strips – two strips per skewer. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-hot. Brush the skewers with a little olive oil and cook for approximately 10 - 15 minutes, until cooked through. Serve immediately.
