Refrigerator Muffins 2 cups All Bran Buds 1 cup boiling water 1 ½ cups sugar ½ cup shortening 2 eggs, beaten 2 cups buttermilk 2 ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt 2 ½ cups flour Combine All Bran and boiling water. Let stand 1 hour. Cream sugar and shortening together. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately to sugar mixture with buttermilk. Add All Bran. Keep in refrigerator until ready to bake. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
