Beer Battered Tofu Also good batter to use with vegetables (mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, squash, etc.) Ingredients: 1 cup Flour 1 cup Beer 1 Egg 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon Mustard 2 cups bread crumbs Vegetables of your choice or a block of firm tofu Directions: Pour beer in flour until thin mixture. Add 1 beaten egg, Worcestershire, and mustard. Dip vegetable or tofu in batter; then toss with bread crumbs. Drop into hot oil to fry or put under broiler until browned
