Nana Kaiserian's White Bean Salad 2 16 oz. cans of White Beans (Navy, Great Northern, etc. . .) 1 c chopped Parsley 1 c chopped Scallions 1/3 c Distilled White Vinegar 1/4 c Olive Oil Salt & Pepper to taste Juice of 1 lemon 1. Drain and rinse the beans. 2. Combine all ingredients. 3. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
