Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip Ingredients: 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup parmesan cheese 3-4 Tbsp. sour cream 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 can chopped artichoke hearts 1/2 lemon juice ground pepper to taste Instructions: Heat oven to 400 degrees Mix all ingredients completely and place in oven-safe dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with pumpernickle bread or crackers. Yield: 4 cups serving = 1/2 cup = 160 calories
