Cranberry Jalapeno Puffs INGREDIENTS 3/4 cup fresh cranberries 1 jalapeno pepper, stem removed 1/4 cup honey 1/2 cup creme freche 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 box Puff pastry DIRECTIONS In a food processor, combine the cranberries, jalapeno pepper, honey, and creme frecheProcess until smooth. Mix in cream cheese until well blended. Unfold sheets of puff pastry and cut out 3” circles. (I used a biscuit cutter.) Place circles of dough in bottom of large muffin tins, so that edges curl up the sides to form a cup. Put a dallop of filling in center of each cup. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. You can serve with honey cream cheese (block of cream cheese mixed with 2 or 3 tablespoons of honey) to cut the heat of the peppers.
